A medical drama following a first-year intern at Denver Memorial Hospital.
Emily Owens is an eager first-year intern ready to leave school behind and focus on her medical career. She did not expect that her high school nemesis would also be interning at the same hospital, and that they would be competing for things all over again.

This show is Great and it is nice that it follows Hart of Dixie get rid of the Vampires and Reality shows you didn't even give it a chance.

I love this show! I don't watch much Tv anymore because it's just not that interesting, but this show is so well done. Please do not cancel it.

I am so sad to hear that they canceled this show!! I just do not understand how network executives think. ABC still has that obnoxious "Neighbors" but his wholesome show is not even given a chance?

What? This is crazy! My mom and I just love this show! Emily is a person to be looked up to and respected! The CW network is crazy to let her go!
