A period drama following a hotel owner who is forced into a deal with a local mob boss.
It's 1959 and Ike Evans is the owner of Miami's most prestigious hotel called the Miramar Playa. Threatened by unrest and unionization attempts by his employees, Ike is forced into a deal with a city mob boss that will ensure the future success of his hotel.

What can I say, REAL BAD DECISION CANCELLING MAGIC CITY. You get people interested in something and then you take it away. BAD BUSINESS!!!

I'm really upset about Magic City being cancelled. I really like the shows era perfect clothes, styles and that cause I grew up in that time period with my mom and dad looking like that. It brings back great memories.

Just like Boss which I thought was great agree with Richie for what another reality show.... okay dropping Starz and maybe or maybe not pick up another channel! Basic cable is just as good..yo!

Really canceled Magic city This is an excellent written show With the combination of great actors and actresses Who the hell is making stupid decisions on canceling great shows like this For what another Stupid reality show.

What a great show. STARZ doesn't give their shows a chance. Magic City is a cinematic delight, characters are believeable and scripts well written. The actors are great! I wish another network would pick this show up. It is just too good to end. Shame on you STARZ.
