Hosted by Jamie Kennedy and Jessi Cruickshank, Oh Sit! is a high-energy, high-stakes, game of musical chairs where 12 contestants race head-to-head around a course filled with physically challenging obstacles as they each compete to claim a chair in the middle - all to the sounds of a live band.

At the end of the show, one contestant is left sitting triumphant to claim the grand prize.
