A procedural drama following a man who uses his unique gift to help others recover what they've lost.
Walter is a war veteran who has a reputation as being adept at tracking down insurgents, deserters, and improvised explosive devices. Unfortunately, Walter found one device a little too late, causing him to injured so badly that he lapsed into a coma for two months from the brain damage he incurred.
When Walter woke from his coma, he was honorably discharged and returned home. With his life is now dramatically different than before his accident, he discovers that his brain damage has transformed him from someone skilled at recovering things into something extraordinary: a Finder.

My husband and I are very disappointed to not have the Finder back ... we were hoping they may find a way to air. I really liked the first idea of joining up with Bones until a new plan is made. We were so Sorry to hear of MCDs passing, what an amazing man. We will be waiting :o)

Sad to hear of the passing of Michael Clarke Duncan. Hurt to know The Finder will not return. Perhaps it is for the better - wouldn't be the same without MCD. Like fitting a Corvette with a six-banger motor. Good show, though, very entertaining and fun to watch.

gutted that The Finder has been cancelled. Its only recently stopped airing here in UK. I'm hoping another channel will pick it up and continue with it. Great shows in the past had rocky starts ie Cheers, Will and Grace, MASH all had their first series ratings in the toilet but they improved. The same can be done for The Finder if tended to carefully. Luckily it ended in such a way that it could be continued with the exception of Michael Clarke. It may seem callous but he could be replaced with another conscience.

They should revive the show and fill in with either The Brother of MCD's character or give him another "guard" from the FBI/CIA/Justice Dept as his new concience...

Was well written and was just getting character cohesion and life to the characters them selves . Had plenty of mystery like his secret vault , the whole gypsy thing though Michael Clarke's passing was sad and key to Walters conscience and legal representative it could be be some something thing to build off . Plus the finale was was so shocking and awe . The violent snap when Walter went and bare handed kill the cult ppl , that right there watching him get arrested

My husband and I loved The Finder. Wish it wasn't cancelled. We have been Bones fans for years and when we saw Walter's character on Bones and then the spin-off show, we knew we would love it. So sad about Michael Clarke Duncan. Still wish they would continue the show though.
