A legal drama created as a continuation of the John Grisham novel and movie of the same name.
This updated adaptation picks up the story of Mitch McDeere and his family ten years following the events where McDeere helped take down a shady law firm that protected an organized crime syndicate.
Mitch has now resurfaced, out of witness protection, and has built a law practice of his own. However more trouble finds him when a mysterious new firm takes an interest in Mitch and his company.

This show was the best that I have seen in a long time.You actually still have viewers with some intellect that don't just wont to see reality TV.I had even cancelled my cable because Tv was getting so good.I could see maybe changing the day of airing,but canceling the whole show.This was probably the worst in a long time.,but I guess all the smart people at the top just don't get it right half the time.

Ihave been looking forward to the new season all summer. And now I find out it has been cancelled. How disappointing. What are you thinking? Please bring it back. Its so much more intelligent than those mind numbing reality shows.

BRING THIS SHOW BACK!!!! Seriously!! This is so good! I don't care if you have it on Saturday's or Sundays, or even at 3am, I have a DVR like most people do, sorry we didn't watch it the minute it came on, jobs, kids, family, my chickens, life just happens, but when we have a minute to pause from life, our DVR is right there with our shows to watch when it's convenient for us. So put these people back to work for our tv viewing enjoyment. You are making a lot of angry viewers with your nonsense! By the way, you better not ever cancel Parenthood!!! That is a great show to! Maybe USA or another network can pick up The Firm..

Unbelieveable! An awesome show that needed nothing to keep it going. The more I see the shows that get cancelled and the ones that they keep, I understand why the cable channels are doing better. This was a well written, thoughtful and edgy with a great cast should have made it. So the question is why? Maybe a bad time slot or network promotion could have helped. Please, NBC if you bother to read these things, try to keep it going. I hate to get into a show anymore because of the let down when you cancel it. Please stop canceling them so fast and gine tehm a fighting chance!

The Firm, Harry's Law and Fairly Legal are the only current shows we watch. We are so sick of the "reality" and mind-numbing sitcoms. Please reconsider or at least let us have an ending of The Firm.

First Harry's Law and now The Firm, I will no longer be watching anything on NBC! Every time I get into a show on this network it gets canceled, maybe if you stopped canceling all the best shows you'd get better ratings. People get tired of that!
