A legal drama created as a continuation of the John Grisham novel and movie of the same name.
This updated adaptation picks up the story of Mitch McDeere and his family ten years following the events where McDeere helped take down a shady law firm that protected an organized crime syndicate.
Mitch has now resurfaced, out of witness protection, and has built a law practice of his own. However more trouble finds him when a mysterious new firm takes an interest in Mitch and his company.

I love love love this show.I would love more shows like this.I look forward to it every week.I hope they keep it on I think it is on the wrong night that is the reason for the low ratings.There are too many reality shows.THE FIRM is well done and a great work out for the brain,otherwise my brain is going to turn into mush watching all the other junk they are putting on.

This is a great show. Something to watch and enjoy. Get rid of some of those awful reality programs, dancing programs, talent shows. Keep the good drama and who-dunits around for us folks who enjoy good acting and good writing and good directing.

I really hope this show isn't cancelled. I enjoy this one. Why all the singing shows & reality shows ?
You people are wasting so much money. What is going to be on TV for those of us who actually are paying for it ?
My wife and I are in our fifties. We are seriously thinking of canceling cable if you networks don't give us something to watch. Another thing, why are the sponsors paying the same people for commercials? Don't they get ENOUGH money already! Why not some unknowns.

NBC DO NOT CANCEL THIS SHOW!! Please! This show is so good! For once, don't follow your minds and actually listen to the tv viewers! Enough of all this American Idol/Glee wanna be crap, and fashion star boring stuff, tv is made for shows like this, among many others you have canceled, such a shame to put these actors out of a job and for us to lose a good bowl of ice cream to enjoy eating with our show. The radio is made for music, and magazines are made for fashion, NOT TV!!!

One week left just watched show number 21. So only one left, has the network worked out a decient ending???If not it would have been better to cancel after they finished the last case. It is never fair to your faithful viuers to leave us hanging on with questions not answered. Personaly I was very attached to the show, enjoyed it a lot. Do not understand the low ratings accept that the system used to rate is not up to todays standards. Yes I am a old fart, 70 years old male who can not and will not watch those reality showes. What do you think they are doing to the minds of our children. Keep watching, divorse wife beatings infadilty disrespect to others all being put into their heads. Nice going networks you are destroying the natural fiber of our children and destroying marriage and family unity. Good luck I wont be around that many more years but I fear for our childre.

This is a well-written, well-acted show. I really enjoy the show every week. I believe it is scheduled on the wrong night, therefore, due to low ratings. It should be on a weeknight.

My husband and I love love love the Firm. Why would they cancel it ? We are sick of all the pretend reality shows. Hate those phoney housewife shows, Is that what people really want to watch? We like mystery shows and THIS SHOW, THE FIRM. We would like to see more real life unsolved mystery shows. How about old unsolved mysteries.
