A comedy following a mother who reconnects with the son she gave up for adoption years ago.
After years of drinking and sleeping her way up and down Broadway, Tony-winning diva Madison Banks is surprised when she is confronted with the son she gave up for adoption 26 years ago.
While she may have played countless roles on stage, Madison knows next to nothing about being a mother. But with the encouragement of her friends, Madison invites her son to move into her Park Avenue condo to see if she might have a chance at being a motherly figure in his life.

Bobbie, Hey if you hate the show so much, why do you keep coming back to this board? Why do you keep watching the show? Are your "opinions" based on one episode or have you watched all of them? Opinions are one thing, downright meanness is another. You don't see anybody else typing in all capital letters, (with the exception of another poster whose phony last name says it all) that's just rude. I stick to my "opinion" you do not recognize good humor. Leave the viewing to those who do and change the channel.

most terrible show on any network! Rhea is the only one of talent on this horrible show. Kirsty is the most un-talented so-called actress in any medium, the writing doesn't help,there is no chemistry between any of the cast and as far as I'm concerned Michael is still a racist, his slurs on blacks and gays are unforgiveable.

Your attack on me for finding this show boring and not in the least funny, simply disagreeing with your opinion, is closed minded.. Not everyone will agree... We are all individuals and have differences of opinions... That's what makes each of us interesting in our own way... Please stop being so closed minded, and listen and learn from others... You will be better off for it...

I agree there is definitely an excessive amount of commercials. I liked the show kirstie and I hope there is a season 2. A good way to get your ratings up is BRING BACK THE GOOD OLD SHOWS!! Granted,Andy Griffith and Gilligan's island are still broadcasted, but you guys might want to cinsider changing it up unlike all the other TV channels the monotonously play the same show over and over again. But foe the love of God change it up. What happens to Gomer Pyle, the Munsters, Green Acres,etc.? Bring the old shows back. TV is not as funny or enjoyable as it used to be and I hope TV land brings these shows back, eventually.

Please give the show a chance. I was happy to see Michael again; he is so funny. I have always liked Kirstie. She is funny and needs more good lines. I would rather watch this show than any of the sitcoms because they get too raunchy without being funny.

Kirstis isn't watchable. Sorry. Other than that, TVland has become an infomercial. One commercial after the other. Please...........let the shows play longer than the commercials. Our favorite shows remain, Andy Griffith, Dick VanDyke, Lucy and the Beaver. Don't forget Green Acres, either. Gilligan can go along with Kirstie. TVland is the only thing usually playing on our TV. The commercials do make us crazy though. Just too many.

Bobbie, you wouldn't recognize good humor if it bit you where the sun doesn't shine. Kirstie is the best show on TVLand. Try watching it with your eyes. BTW, there are four stars not three. Anyone who doesn't find this show funny, must not have a funny bone.

WORST SHOW EVER !!! I AM A LONG TIME FREQUENT WATCHER OF TVLAND AND APPRECIATE AND RECOGNIZE GOOD HUMOR WHEN I SEE IT... THE WRITING IS TERRIBLE, AND IT IS VERY DISHEARTENING WATCHING 3 STARS ACTING LIKE IDIOTS... PLEASE CREATE OR BRING BACK GOOD OLD SITCOMS TO ENJOY AND MAKE US LAUGH AGAIN..
