A comedy following a divorced dad juggling work and home life.
Sean is a divorced father juggling his work life, his teenage daughter who just moved in with him, and his pushy mother. He wants to be the best dad he can be, but long hours at work keep pulling him away - not that his daughter minds.
In order to raise a healthy, well-rounded kid and keep his boss & employees at work happy, it's going to take a lot of work. But if anyone is up for the task, it's Sean.

I love this show!!! I laugh so hard that I cry and I agree with the other comments that Linda Lavin is awesome as well as Sean Hayes - but I must admit that the whole cast is fabulous. I really hope this show sticks around because it totally works and I look forward to it every week!!

Love this show.......don't understand the people that don't enjoy it. I agree that it is nothing like Will and Grace, nor should it be. Linda Lavin was wonderful

There hasn't been one episode of this show that I did not have to pause it b/c I was laughing so hard I couldn't hear the rest of the script. I don't think there is anything that is cliche about this and he def. does not act like Jack from Will and Grace. It's a great family comdey!

Hope the network gives this show a chance to bloom. Love Sean Hayes & Linda Lavin is wonderful....they have great chemistry.
