A mystery drama that puts a modern-day twist on Washington Irving's classic tale.
In this modern-day twist on Washington Irving's classic tale, Ichabod Crane is resurrected and pulled two and a half centuries through time. Along for the ride is the infamous Headless Horseman, who begins a murderous rampage in present-day Sleepy Hollow.
Stopping the Headless Horseman is just the beginning, as Ichabod realizes that the resurrected rider is only the first of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse that he will face in order to protect the world.

It amazes me that people think television is so one sided, that the production company / network makes all the decisions. Sometimes the Actor wants out, sometimes the Actor costs too much, and sometimes the Actor does something that prevents renewing the contract. I dont know what happened here, but from everything Ive read so far it seems to me it wasnt so one-sided as a "plot-twist."

Why, Why would you do the same thing Person of Interest did which caused me to stop watching it? You cannot kill off one of the two witnesses and expect this program to survive! I watched it from the start and the dynamics between all the characters is simply wonderful. I enjoyed that Joe came back...so now you kill him off! I love when they connect the history to the present even though I know it may be fiction, it's fascinating. Enough with taking shows to new time slots and then blaming the show for low ratings.

Please renew Sleepy Hollow - Each time I watch an episode, I feel spiritually uplifted. The show contains a balanced mix of good over evil, mystery, detective work, humor, horror, good writing, character development and entertaining acting. Obviously the decision comes down to money and ratings, however my vote is to keep the show running. If the show is not renewed I will continue to follow most of the actors involved in this series.

Please Fox Television, bring this show back, not fair to lose Abby and Joe in back to back episodes... Even worse to lose such thrilling entertainment. Give this one and another great show, Second Chance some new light. Will not give up hope.

Great show. Hard to believe they killed off 2 main characters in the last few weeks. Now the Dad has become a major story line? Needs to be renewed.

Love this show, and adding the actor from Fringe only made it better...but once Fox moves something to Friday night it's as if they're writing it off. Please explain how Brooklyn Nine Nine and The Grinder are hits and this show is being moved to the dead zone? Didn't you learn from canceling The Family Guy years ago?
