A reality series following a family of Achondroplasia dwarfs.
The seven members of the Johnston family are the world's largest known family of Achondroplasia dwarfs. Cameras in this reality series capture the ups and downs in all their lives as they prove that size only matters in the amount of love they have for each other.

I am sick to death of comments including the sibling who slapped another sibling. Really? If you had kids that never fought, you are a liar. Plain and simple. I HATE reality shows and found the reruns one day. Watched every episode, laughed my butt off and can't wait for it to return!!! What cool parents and the kids will grow up to be independent and confident in themselves!!!

I have watched this show and looked forward to the obvious love between the parents and their chosen family.
I have to say that, not only is it extremely rare for me to publicly comment on any show and this is a first for me say say something negative. That face slap appalled my friends and I.
It was a shocking and horribly raw moment. Then, TLC has seen fit to add it to the sneak peak commercials.
My friends(a dozen or more who watch and celebrate family friendly shows) will no longer watch the 7 Little Johnstons because of this decidedly agriegious un-family friendly act.

I have watched this show a few times, but I keep turning to another show, because, I do not accept slaping any little child in the face, does she know what that does to a childs self esteam there are a lot of adopted children who watch this show, who does she think she is opening a can of worms by saying every adopted little girl should know their biological father, CANCELL.

I love this show, it's better than that obnoxious "My Big, Fat Fabulous Life" which is disgusting and disappointing. I'm 50 pounds overweight and lost 120 pounds. I would never use a medical condition as an excuse to not lose the weight. I feel for the parents' embarrassment and they are paid to put on a show to the public. I see more and more morbidly obese young people using the government to help them not work or lose weight as an excuse. Disgusted!
