A reality series where friends anonymously tell each other ways to improve their lives.
This new relationship series asks participants if they would be willing to tell their best friend what they really need to hear.
In each episode, four friends draw each others' names and anonymously write a letter to their selected person expressing their honest opinion of what that person needs to change about themselves in order to better their life.
Then for one week, each recipient must follow the instructions in the letter. Once the week is up, the authors then reveal themselves to their friends in a dramatic, and emotionally charged meet-up.
