A crime thriller based on the 2001 movie of the same name.
Detective Frank Rourke is a veteran detective who heads the Special Investigation Section of the LAPD that tracks down the city's most dangerous criminals. His years of service have made him one of the finest investigators in the department. However there are some department heads that have noticed his penchant for pushing legal boundaries to get results.
Enter Kyle Craig - a young, by-the-books cop who is chosen to go undercover in the S.I.S., where he partners with Rourke and poses as his trainee in order to spy on him and report on his questionable methods. But as Frank starts teaching Kyle his methods in the streets, they form an unlikely bond that will alter the course of both their lives.

This show could continue with another strong actor such as Will Patton !! We need something entertaining to watch on Saturday Night besides College Football !!

Sad to see this show end. I don't see how it could have continued without Bill Paxton. It would have been nice to see the network try to continue the show in a different direction.

This show was doomed after the passing of Bill Paxton. I love the show, but without Bill, it just wouldn't be the same. RIP Bill, you'll be greatly missed.

No show moved to saturday has ever been renewed. With the sad death of bill paxton this show is now being sent to burn it's episodes before cancellation.

R.I.P. Bill Paxton Weird, Science is one of childhood favorites Predator 2 along with many other movies ! Paxton's character made the show hope it is not to early to say but it would be nice to find someone else to continue the show ! My condolences to the Paxton family for there loss !
