Eight teams of two talented home bakers join Maya Rudolph and Amy Poehler in a winter cabin for a celebration of culinary holiday traditions. The contestant duos work together to create outstanding sweet and savory creations in themed challenges, with the winners taking home a cash prize.

Maya and Amy lead the festivities and provide comedic and musical commentary on all the action. The contestants' holiday treats are then judged by four opinionated real-life grandmothers, who themselves are accomplished bakers.
