When Pastor Richard Hartley isn't preaching and inspiring his congregation at his Long Island, NY church, he spends his time with his exuberant and loving family - all while using his musical skills to make the church's choir the best it can be.

Having spent years traveling the globe working with amazing choirs and musicians, the Pastor is now focused on his hometown choir and, with the help of his wife Stacey, trying to get his children out of the house so that they can realize their own dreams.
