Six teams of four close friends, who met at various stages of their lives, gather at a lakeside location for a nostalgic adult summer camp adventure where they play an assortment of absurd physical and mental challenges in the outdoors while bunking together in the same lake house.

During this time, friendships will be rekindled and rivalries reignited as these friends discover which bonds are strong enough to withstand the competition. The last team standing is crowned champion and takes home a cash prize plus the Buddy Games trophy.
