Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux Jr. is searching for an extraordinary, up-and-coming chef to be head chef of the iconic Palm Court restaurant at the world famous Langham Hotel in London.

Joined by industry experts Mike Reid and Ravneet Gill, chef Roux will put seven professional chefs through the toughest job interview of their lives, competing to bring their fine-dining concept to the historic restaurant.
