Marigaby Tamayo is an ambitious and gifted medical student by day, who spends her nights aboard her family's privately owned ambulance saving lives throughout a sprawling, contrasted Mexico City.

Alongside her father and two siblings, Marigaby makes a living serving a population of millions by handling extreme medical emergencies. As pressure from both worlds threatens to drag her down, Marigaby does whatever it takes to stay afloat.
