Man, Boston Blue just doesn’t hold a candle to the original Blue Bloods. The writing feels totally watered down, and the new cast just can’t carry the same weight—especially when it comes to supporting Danny’s character. The heart, depth, and chemistry of the original are all missing here.

Blue Bloods was better of course, but this show is pretty good. It's a "good enough" continuation of the original.

@Darin, they recast the son because the original actor who played him is a fat f*ck who wouldn't be believable taking down a perp or running down a street. It was fine for him to be a fat ass on Blue Bloods, because the show wasn't focused on him, but now he has to actually be athletic, yeah they made the right choice recasting him. And the new guy playing the role does look like a slimmed and in shape version of the fat dude that played the role before.

Boston Blue is awful compared to Blue Bloods. Please just bring back Blue Bloods and cancel this garbage !!!

Sorry but this show sucks ass. I could barely get through these first three episodes. It's terrible. I agree with Jen, such a wannabe joke of Blue Bloods. They never should have canceled Blue Bloods. I'd rather watch paint dry than watch another episode of this dog poop.

Please just bring back Blue Bloods! This show is such a wannabe joke of Blue Bloods. Don't care about these characters only Danny

So far so good but don't know why they had to change the actor who played his son in Blue Bloods. And they wouldn't partner 2 rookies together.

The pilot was fine last night , we get the Blue blood vibe.
..so far so good

Looking forward to this.

I'd rather have my eyeballs pulled of of my backside than watch this.
