Just watched the series - Wow! Helen Mirren - Loved her! If she doesn't receive an Emmy, well, I will be dumbfounded!

Great show, I hope they renew it. I don't know what Maria is talking about, but Pierce Brosnan is great in everything that he's in... dating at LEAST back to the Bond days. Also surrounded by an awesome cast... Helen Mirren, Tom Hardy and Paddy Considine alone make this a hell of a lineup. I thought paramount+ was going all in on Taylor Sheridan and even that made it worth it, but this show is great. I hope they continue for several seasons!

I finally found a show/movie that doesn't make me cringe when I see Pierce Brosnan :D :D
Love every bit of this show

Just watched season finale and they left a lot of cliffhangers for a second season. This show is a unique collection of some of the best English-language actors on earth with writing, direction and cinematography worthy of them. Every line that Tom Hardy utters is award-worthy; he’s the best there is. Pierce Brosnan’s performance makes his James Bond look trivial. Helen Mirren can’t possibly fail to be nominated for various awards. The rest of the cast is superb as well. I’m conflicted about whether they should stretch it out to a second season, because so often, with a show this good, an attempted follow-up is labored and disappointing. But they’ve set up enough intriguing plot threads to have something to work with, and they certainly have the team to make it go if it’s possible.

This show is extraordinary!!! It's realistic, gritty & everything you'd expect from Guy Richie. In my opinion, the only horrible part is Helen Mirren's character. From her first appearance on screen I couldn't wait for her to be picked off. Despite all the good, this one sour point may ultimately make me stop watching at some point in the future. Especially for believability sake. Her working against her own family and makes one wonder how they got as far as they have with her insane behavior.
