Cordelia Cupp is a consulting detective for the Metropolitan Police Department, known for her wry sense of humor, relentless pursuit of truth, and sharp eye for human behavior. She partners with Special Agent Edwin Park of the FBI during a high-stakes State Dinner at the White House. While Park is skeptical about Cupp's unconventional methods, their dynamic promises to be as intriguing as the mystery they seek to unravel.
Inspired by the book of the same name by Kate Andersen Brower.

I liked this, even though there were some obvious attempts to woke/PC this show.. I think there was some tremendous acting and solid character development which rose above all that and delivered a very enjoyable, quirky, and watchable show. I would have really enjoyed seeing some more seasons of this.

Loved the show. Reminiscent of old school detective shows that actually give the clues in the show. Foolish beliefs by previous commenter.

This show was amazing! The humor was top tier! From Orange is the New Black to The Residence? Are you for reals? She did an awesome job! As a long time lover of crime shows, Whodunits, and generally anything with cops and detectives and things this show hugged my heart! My grandma would have loved it, she's the reason I dig the mystery stuff so much!

Racial and political as can be.A super smart black woman, an idiot FBI oriental agent ,everybody else also idiots and of course the killer is white. WTF. you have to be kidding . I will never watch any of her products.
