The new drama will return for Season 2.
July 23, 2016
During today's San Diego Comic-Con panel for Wynonna Earp, it was announced that the show has been picked up for a second season. The comic book adaptation premiered back in April for a 13-episode run, with its story following the great granddaughter of Wyatt Earp fighting to bring demons and other paranormal beings to justice.
Syfy has ordered 10 new episodes for Season 2 of Wynonna Earp, down three episodes from its Season 1 count. Look for the new season in 2017.

I figured the show would get cancelled, after all they killed off their lesbian - how can you have a show these days without one?

Even though it is less episodes, I would rather have quality over quantity. Glad it was renewed.

WTF? They ordered less episodes??!! Who are the fools making decisions at Syfy?
This is a great show. They needed to go for 20 episodes.

This show got better each episode. Wow, jerry seems like a big misogynist. The show is about the descendant of Wyatt Earp battling demons. End of story. Of course the ladies to pine over the guy who plays doc Holiday Of too. This show is fun and it's filmed in a small town mostly which makes it a anomaly in tv.

I'm quite liking these comic-based syfy shows like Dark Matter. It took me a few eps. and then I didn't watch for a few weeks and then I binged on half a dozen eps and found I really started to get into it. The cliffhanger finale made me think that was it but so happy to see it renewed.

I'm so glad that they renewed this show. I've become so attached to the characters. They had to renew it, if they renewed the garbage that is The Expanse, didn't they?

@Steven it wasn't

This is an actual show? The description above makes it sound like unwatchable feminist claptrap.
