Cold Case, which has been viewed as on the bubble in recent months, has been renewed by CBS for the 2009-2010 season.

The show was at risk of ending its run this year despite continuing to draw respectable audiences. It was speculated that CBS was deciding between it and Without a Trace, another long running procedural on the network.
However, in the end Cold Case won out while Without a Trace will say its good-bye.
Cold Case will return for its seventh season in the fall.

This show was one of my favorite show ever. Maybe you should think of bringing it back. It is better than what shows are coming up.

I really enjoyed that show, it seems every time there is a good show the powers to be pull it even when the ratings are still good. I would really like to know why that happens when the shows they are showing in it's place aren't as good. The reason I really liked the show is that it was different then any other. PLEASE BRING IT BACK

Sorry; I know this is way after the fact but can they in any way bring this show back?? It is one of the best shows I have ever watched! Am watching reruns but they won't last forever! :( I know Danny Pino is on Law and Order S.v.u. but it's not the same! Need all the same characters in the same format- Cold Case!!
