A new bachelor will look for true love in the 2011-2012 season.

ABC has renewed its long-running reality series "The Bachelor", which will return for a sixteenth season in early 2012.
The current season of the show is airing its season finale tonight, where Brad Womack will once again try to choose the woman of his dreams. The series has averaged a 3.0 rating in adults 18-49 this season.
There is no word yet on who the new bachelor will be.
