Adult Swim has renewed freshman series Eagleheart for a second season.

Produced by Conan O'Brien's Conaco Productions, the live-action show takes a humorous look at all the typical cop show clichés using over-the-top violence and large amounts of bloodshed.

Eagleheart premiered back in February at midnight, and was Number 1 in its timeslot among adults/men 18-34 and 18-49. The series wraps up its first season later this month. No details were given regarding a timeframe for new episodes.
