Nickelodeon has renewed their hit sitcom iCarly for a fifth season, which will consist of 13 new episodes set to air in 2012.

Since premiering in 2007, iCarly has been the network's top-rated live-action series among total viewers as well as all key youth demographics. The series stars Miranda Cosgrove, who also has a budding music career, as the star of a webcast - along with friend Sam - that deals with common issues faced by kids their age.
