TNT will not move forward with a fourth season of the medical drama.

After three seasons on the air, Hawthorne has been cancelled. TNT issued a statement today that they will not be ordering a fourth season of the Jada Pinkett Smith-led medical drama.
Hawthorne premiered back in 2009 to mixed reviews from critics, but managed high enough ratings to stay on the air for three seasons with a total of 30 episodes. The show's series finale aired last month on August 16.

Omg!!!!!! The show needs to keep on.... this is bull, I don't watch much TV but I seen this show on my Netflix and couldn't stop watching it. TNT is an idiot for thanking if off the air.... please, please, please keep making the next seasons.

The show is off the hook I've been a jada fan since her early work we all seen low down dirty shame and set it off please bring Hawthorne back for a 4th season as someone else stated its hard to find good tv shows today and this one was top notch and yes christina and tom have unfinished business...unless he shot nick too much action must have answers BRING SHOW BACK

I watched it on netflix as well - and I loved it!!!!!! I really hated how it ended. They neeed to finish it out with one more season. I thought season three was the best and was surprised and saddened there was no season 4.

I heard about this show from a few people. So I decided to watch it on Netflix. OMG I'm so angry I never watch it while it was on tv. I watched all three seasons in 1 week. One of the best shows I've ever seen. Jada is awesome in this show. And like everyone else I'm disappointed with all the cliffhangers in season 3. I think the show need to get another season and air it on prime time.

I just watched all 3 seasons of Hawthorne and I must say, I am very sad to learn that it was cancelled. (I know, I'm super late). I really do hope that the show returns... ASAP! I enjoyed watching very episode!

I'm really upset that this show is canceled, its hard to watch something so good and entertaining on tv anymore ,I felt so connected with this kind of drama show,,,I really think there should be a fourth season ,,Please I can't get enough of this Great show ,,,it needs to be back on !!!!!

That's funny. This was a really great show. So TNT drops Hawthorne and lets CW20 come out with Emily MD. Guess ill enjoy this instead
