ABC has cancelled new drama GCB after one season on the air. The Texas-based series, which took a satirical look at life in Dallas, debuted as a mid-season replacement back in March and aired its season - and now series - finale on May 6, 2012.

I think is time o switch to other network, ABC cancelled this show and yet, kept show like bachelor/bachelorette? I don't get it.

Unbelievable!!!!! Don't trust the B in apt 23 gets renewed and not GCB!?!?!?!?!?!
Looks like I'll be turning to NBC and telling all my clients to do the same!
GCB is hilarious with clean humor, Unlike Don't trust the B in apt 23 which is NOT AT ALL FUNNY.....
The only thing worth watching on ABC is GMA, but now i'm may be watching the Today Show since ABC has horrible taste in what's entertaining. Shame Shame ABC!!!!!

Cancelling this show is a big mistake. It's a funny irreverent show that shows wit and humor. Get rid of craptastic reality shows and keep GCB.

GCB is so good and it is a wicked fun show! That is destined to take over where The Housewives were slotted. Who makes these decisions??? They can't be watching the same programming that I am. I about to just yank the plug on cable television all together. There is nothing worth watching unless you want to watch the Jersey Shore or other worthless crap on t.v.! There is nothing for adults, I guess the advertisers don't want my money!

I loved GCB. I am so tired of reality shows and I am ready to stop watching ABC for cancelling this fresh, funny show.

ABC losing housewives and now cancels GCB but shows like the bitch in apt 23 and others get renewed. Just don't get the criteria for getting your show renewed.

GCB is funny and well-acted. I absolutely LOVE this show! It seems all the shows I love get canceled. I haven't seen any bad comments regarding this show, so why are they canceling it? Oh yes, Disney owns ABC. Get it now?

Agree with all the comments. GCB is hilarious and Missing is fantastic! Hate the reality shows. Who watches that junk!! They always cancel the good shows. Remember Moonlight. Whoever makes these idiot decisions should be fired!,,
