NBC will not be renewing the Kathy Bates legal drama.

NBC has cancelled Harry's Law after two seasons on the air. The modestly-rated legal drama has long been considered on-the-bubble for earning a renewal past two seasons.
The show will end after a total of 34 episodes over two seasons. Its now-series finale will air on May 20, 2012.

NBC stands for it's Not Better Channel! Thank goodness for Netflix and Hulu. I can always find things to watch there.

I am so saddened by this news. I think Kathy Bates is awesome. I think the cast of characters and actors were so great together. They 'acted' like RAL PEOPLE! Warts and all!
PS. She did an awesome job on 2 1/2 Men as Charlie! I would love her to be in that one more. That could be sooooooo interesting! I wonder if she knew her show was being cancelled when she did these cameos?! I think you people have no just missed the boat, you sunk it!

I'm extremely disappointed! I didn't believe it until I read it myself. Harry's Law is one of the best shows on TV! Kathy Bates is a "natural". I love all her roles. She does a great job. The cast blends in very well as they're all different. Everyone says what's on their mind even if it ticks the others off. It deals with real justice system issues some of which are interpreted rather well in my opinion. Unfortunately, maybe that pisses off some of the people who helped cancel it.

Harry's Law was the best NBC had to offer. Now it's gone. No wonder NBC is at the bottom!

Maybe its TV management that needs to be replaced. Harry's Law is an excellent thought provoking show that covers revelant issues in an entertaining way. Well written and produced. From what I consistently heard, was building a strong following of thinking adults. I am sure that management will decide to replace it with another mindless sitcom,another reality or "talent" show.
No wonder folks are renting and buying so many movies these days...they can't stand what is on the major channels. AMAZINGLY consistent bad judgement in selection of what stays and what goes. Keep it up and we will all flee.

BAD, BAD, BAD MISTAKE !! THIS IS A GREAT SHOW AND SHOULD NOT BE CANCELLED. THERE ARE "ALOT" OF STUPID SITCOMS THAT SHOULD BE CANCELLED. SOMEONE AT YOUR OFFICE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT A GOOD SHOW IS......IT'S HARRY'S LAW !!!!

I am extremely disappointed. A show that was progressing to higher levels with a solid viewer base gets cancelled because “we†the watchers were in a demographic that doesn’t matter. An insult and a slap in the face. “We†don’t matter. Maybe it’s time “we†insist to observe that as a two way street!
I think it needs to be mentioned that those of us in the “older demographic†were the ones who gave TV the success and growth it has had. close to sixty years of supporting almost the entire history of TV is now, not important enough to count even in large numbers. Maybe this is the most important lesson learned from “Harry’s Lawâ€.
To say I have been let down and disgusted would be an understatement. Thanks NBC, for letting me know just how appreciative YOU are of our support!

Harry's Law is the best show on this dreadful network. ?Even attorney;s like this show and they do not like most legal series. I am seriously considering to cancel the cable. You cannot control what you see with a subscription to cable tv. You cannot have your imput regarded. You might as well limit your choices to the internet and your favorite news subscriptions and Netfliz where you at least choose the ones your watch. Bugger.
