NBC will not be renewing the Kathy Bates legal drama.

NBC has cancelled Harry's Law after two seasons on the air. The modestly-rated legal drama has long been considered on-the-bubble for earning a renewal past two seasons.
The show will end after a total of 34 episodes over two seasons. Its now-series finale will air on May 20, 2012.

Harry's Law is one of the few TV shows that my husband and I both liked. We adored this show and was hooked from day one. It was relevant and thought provoking in a funny, off beat way. The characters were flawed but likable.
We detest most reality TV... How many competition shows are we really expected to watch???

NBC has canceled the 2nd highest rated drama on NBC all season - "Harry's Law"! What kind of network only keeps the #1 rated drama and drops the 2nd, 3rd, and all other dramas they have? Do they really think they could replace this show with a show that will be the #1 rated drama on NBC next year?! Not likely. That's why they should keep their #2 drama. It's already got a LOYAL following, plus it was a really good David E. Kelley drama. No wonder NBC is the lowest rated drama. It seems to be run by idiots.

Agreed! They cancelled Harry's Law and Pam Am! Maybe they think that we will switch to reality TV garbage. :(

I will no longer be watching NBC I had enough of their management they are clearly done with airing quality programs & switched to reality **** just to make a quick buck what's the point of watching NBC if all they keep doing is canceling one show after another

They definitely should renew Harrys Law. It was one of the best shows out there. Kathy Bates is fantastic. I hope they change their minds.

If they canceled the show after the first season, I would understand. But, the show has gotten really good and deals with real life issues. The decision to cancel Harry's Law simply SUCKS!
