The Ashley Judd drama will not be back next season.

ABC has cancelled Missing, the Ashley Judd drama about a mother whose son mysteriously disappears. The show premiered as a mid-season replacement back in March but stumbled out of the gate, failing to amass a substantial weekly viewership.
It has so far aired nine of its 10 ordered episodes, with the series finale set for May 17, 2012.

I am furious this among other good shows are being cancelled. We finally have some good intense drama shows other than CSI's and cop shows and they are being cancelled.!!?? For what, more stupid reality shows. Like we need more of them. And to think Bachlorette/Bachlor is renewed, are you kidding me?? I mean not even one season is done and we cancel already but yet, let's make sure give Two and A Half Men another try...

This is the best show that has been on T. V. in YEARS. The action is incredible, the plot keeps moving and never gets boring. I was hooked after the first few minutes of the first show. ABC is CRAZY TO CANCEL THIS SHOW. This makes me wonder about the people running the network. With all the crappy shows on TV, you cancel the best one. I watch very little TV, but this is my favorite by FAR. I think you need to read the reviews and rethink your decision.

This show was sooo good. Keeps me on the edge of my seat like nothing else on tv. Come on for real. If a show like how i met your mother can stay on , surely you can keep a quality show going. Whats the prob, not gay enough for abc?

this has been a fantastic show can't wait for it to come on. I'm tired of you cancelling shows that are really good and leaving stupid ones on! Why can't you leave this one on!

Are you kidding me?!! This show is Awesome!! My family and friend are hook on the excellent acting and plot from week to week. It's refreshing watching a program that is on non- cable stations or a reality show. Please... Please Don't Cancel This Show! Ashley Judd is top notch and the writing is remarkable. Rethink your decision please. This would be a BIG mistake!

I love this show! I got so many of my friends and family hooked on it. We don't even like waiting a whole week to see what happens next! Please don't cancel! How many people do we need to get you to change your mind. Anyone know how to start a petition to change this?

I cannot believe how many shows are being cancelled every season! This is so unfair! The reason people are not sticking to shows anymore is because they get into them and then they get cancelled!!! I love Missing! I love the fact that they have traveled Europe and brought new sights to us! Like someone said before, I too, am sick of Reality TV! Is sick, dysfunctional, and down right insulting! PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL!
