Ashton Kutcher is staying on for the 2012-2013 season.

CBS announced today that long-running comedy Two and a Half Men has been renewed for a tenth season. After extended negotiations with Ashton Kutcher, Jon Cryer, and Angus T. Jones, all three will be returning in 2012-2013.
The show will be airing its ninth season finale this Monday, capping its first full season after dealing with the controversial departure of Charlie Sheen in early 2011. The incident caused Season 8 to be abruptly cut short and called into question the future of the series. Ashton Kutcher was brought on to replace Sheen, and ratings-wise, the show continues to be one of the network's highest ranked comedies.
Two and a Half Men joins four other comedies already renewed by CBS for next season. How I Met Your Mother, 2 Broke Girls, Mike & Molly, and The Big Bang Theory will all be returning.

It really has gone down the pan with its toilet and sexual 'humour'. How sad.

I'm curious where the network rankings come from; everyone I know quit watching this show a few years ago. It was always based on a lot of sexual innuendo, but now it's just in your face graphic sex, and it isn't funny anymore. And Ashton Kutcher is just sad and pathetic...

allan's character drives me nutz now, he is even more annoying than before, he is not funny anymore

Season 9 started off very strange, with one new cast member it seemed like they hired all new writing staff, it was too based on sexual references and most of those based on Ashton's junk itself. But for me, the show turned around ironically when he changed his look and really found its place. I'm glad they're giving it at least one more season, I'm not quite done with the cast.

Well I am kinda glad the show is still running EXCEPT for
the fact that it all it does is centre around sex!! Yeah
Year I know that when Charlie was there it was all about sex too....but for the fact their scripts are so different. Are there new writers or what gives?????? There used to be cute and funny comments about sexual things and we would all know what the reference meant.
The last show Allan talked directally about his penis being erect and the fall to the floor didn't help it any.
What happened to the writer that writes the lines for
