A&E will not continue with the action drama.

A&E has cancelled Breakout Kings after two seasons on the air. The news comes just two weeks after the show's second-season finale.
Breakout Kings, which followed U.S. Marshals working with convicted criminals to track down prison escapees, was originally passed over by the Fox Network back in 2010 and subsequently picked up by A&E after lengthy negotiations. The series ends after 23 episodes over two seasons.

Seriously?!?! This was great and original. If they keep the Glades I will lose it. This show was not only better than most on TV, it was far superior to any other A&E drama.

Awesome show. Cool show. Was it simply on the wrong network??? Probably not. All of the great shows are dying when they come up against reality, I mean GARBAGE television. I hope this crap isn't based on the Nealson Ratings anymore...

What a massive shame, watching this show in the UK. Halfway through the final season. Wont bother watching anymore... i know it will have a massive cliff hanger!

How stupid are the execs at A&E. Seriously? This was one of the best shows. Great cast, great story lines, great dialogue. What more could you ask for? Really bad call A&E.
