Matthew Perry's latest sitcom has been picked up for the full season.
October 2, 2012
NBC announced today that it has issued a full season order of new sitcom Go On. The series is Matthew Perry's latest venture into prime time comedy - the previous being last year's Mr. Sunshine, which was cancelled after a 9-episode first season.
Go On has aired three episodes since premiering on September 11 and has so far averaged a 3.2 rating among adults 18-49, making it the #1 new comedy so far this fall season.

I really like this show but I really wish they would show them on a regular bases. I never know when there is a new episode or not.

I really wanted to like this show, so I keep watching it, but it's getting less and less funny. I like Matthew Perry's and John Cho's characters, but all the others in the show are painfully weak and completely forgettable. so much so that I can't even remember the names of any of them. Matthew and John can't carry the show by themselves, so I'm concerned about how long this is really gonna last. I liked Mr. Sunshine better, MUCH better ensemble, although I agree there is less Chandler in this show than there was in Mr. Sunshine.

This is nice to see. We have watched every episode so far and this is a really solid comedy. The main and supporting cast really mesh well together. I am worried how they will handle season 2, as after a year of grief counselling, there will be no or minimal need for the Group therapy, and it won't be realitic that that main character would still hang out with this random group of people. Hopefully they can come up with a believable premise for this because the side characters really make the show hilarious.

Watching the show for already 5 episodes, I must say that it's nice entertainment. Is it top level funny? Not yet, but perhaps in the future it could be that.
The 'I'm still Chandler from Friends' attitude is perhaps old, but it does give the show some thrive, that was lost in previous soaps like Mr. Sunshine.

I'm really excited to see this show get a full season. It has gotten progressively better each episode. I'm loving it!
