Fox has renewed the animated series for 22 new episodes.
October 16, 2012
Fox has renewed Bob's Burgers for a fourth season, which will consist of 22 new episodes. Today's pickup comes only two episodes into the Emmy-nominated comedy's third season.
The show has earned a loyal following since premiering in early 2011. The first two seasons started off slowly, with lengths of 13 and nine episodes respectively. While the length of the third season is unclear, today's 22 episode order shows that the network is strengthening its support of the animated series.

So glad it was renewed! As Linda Belcher would say in her nasal voice, "Allright!"

Craig, good thing BB is not on A&E, otherwise your folder would be empty!

Yes Craig, we're all aware you work at DISH and we don't want your promotion of products. However, I tried to with this show in the beginning, but it just never clicked. Let's see some new animation.

I always felt that Louise carried the show, but the start of this season is proving to me that all three kids are the stars. I’ve been archiving the new episodes so far, and I’m excited that I’ll be able to create a new folder on my Hopper to archive season four once that starts up. I didn’t really notice this until one of my co-workers at DISH pointed it out, but both the first and second seasons were together a full season. I’m not sure how long this third season will be, but if it’s like its predecessors, then the fourth season will be the first FULL-length season!

This is great news! I love this show. It's a very offbeat show, but pretty funny.

Very glad it got renewed. It's got a different type of humor than the other animated shows. I find it hilarious. Kristen Schaal does a great job with Louise.
