Return it to the original night and people will watch it. You put the show up against dancing with the stars. There isn't any way loyal DWTS fans will. Ot watch their show. Please bring Dallas back!!!!

I'm so glad that they renewed for another season! Love the show! If 15 episodes were ordered what's the deal with so few episodes being released each time? It's annoying to have it run for such a short period. Most recently it started on August 18 and already next week, Sept. 22 it's the season finale!!!!!!! REALLY?! Either run it or don't. It's too short and there's too much time between the next release. I hope it's not because someone's ill and only able to shoot a few episodes at a time. Also, as advertised, don't know which Ewing is going to die in the finale but don't know if the show can survive the loss of another Ewing.

So glad this is coming back. Big fan of the original and love this newer version. Will miss the best love to hate of all time JR; but I think the writers etc, will mix it up enough to keep us entertained and involved. Sue Ellen is my bet "To Rise To Power."

Yeah! I was afraid that the show wouldn't survive the passing of Larry Hagman. Did anyone else think that oil painting of J.R. shown at the end was horrible? The painting of Jock in the old Dallas was very good.

I'm 34 years old and have lived all of that time in the Dallas area. I've been to Southfork. The real one, not the one portrayed on TV. Not that it's a big deal, it's just a place in the Dallas area... nothing like the expansive ranch they portray on TV. I even spent a bit of time working for Hunt Oil, on which Ewing Oil is based. On one hand I love that the show I grew up with is back... on the other, I really, really, really hate the unfounded stereotypes and the vulgar misrepresentation of my home town. At least get some of the basic geography right...

This honestly makes my day. I was so worried that Dallas wouldn't make it but I'm SO glad it did. Looking forward to season 3!
