TNT announced today that Perception has been renewed for a third season. The crime drama is currently averaging 5.6 million viewers (Live + 7 delivery), including 1.5 million in the adults 18-49 demographic.
The show will end its current summer run on Tuesday, August 27, with a return in early 2014 for the rest of Season 2.
Season 3 will return in summer 2014 with 15 new episodes.
UPDATE: Season 3 of Perception premieres on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 10:00pm.

2 of my shows cancelled...I am so upset.Being Human..and Ravenswood...I could'nt wait to watch both of them..So much for What Ifs??

TNT renews these 3 shows but cancels Southland? I know it's about ratings, not quality but still. Nothing against these shows but Southland is in a whole other league.

Mike. Can we please stop posting in every message about the mucky muck executives and calling everyone in the industry either a drug addict or an alcoholic? This mid season break tactic is used by all networks now and had been for a while.

You just get used to a show then they stop it half way through the season and bring the second half back next spring. So mucky muck head honchos of this network, will you put it on competing with a show like NCIS??? Probably. Ok just keep on siting in your soft leather chair taking a hit on your pipe. Maybe you will get lucky and have a good time slot. Meanwhile we suffer waiting to see what happens. No regard to the public that watches this show. Just saying. MKL
