TLC announced today that Who Do You Think You Are? has been renewed for a fifth season. The news comes ahead of tonight's Season 4 finale, which caps its first run on TLC after being cancelled by NBC in 2012.
Celebrity contributors will include Valerie Bertinelli, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Lauren Graham, Kelsey Grammer, Rachel McAdams, and Cynthia Nixon.
Season 5 will return to TLC in 2014 with 10 new episodes.

Before watching this show I thought the same "why do you think we care?". Then I actually watched it. To me, what celebrity they track is irrelevant. The history and stories are what's interesting. I'm happy to hear it's renewed.

This show is interesting if they stick to the bigger stars if they start entering into the realms of celebrities instead of stars I wont bother watching!

They should rename this to "Why Do You Think We Care?"
