It is being reported that A&E has cancelled Hoarders after six seasons on the air. The reality series ran from August 2009 until February 2013 for a total of 82 episodes.

Just as well to cancel this show. After watching a few episodes, they all looked exactly the same.

I always enjoyed the cleaning aspect more than the helping-the-hoarder aspect so I'm actually okay with them ending this. The gross stuff also bothered me. I'll be much better off watching a show like Clean House where it's more about the cleaning and deals with cluttered messes, not disgusting messes.

I'm glad I kept every single episode on my PVR. I've never deleted a single one, they're my treasures. I mean I never watch them, but you never know when you might feel like going through old episodes right?
