NBC has cancelled Growing Up Fisher after one season. The freshman comedy aired on Tuesday nights in the back half of a 9:00pm comedy hour, paired with the just-renewed About a Boy.
Two episodes remain until the show's finale on May 28.

This is a GREAT show and should not be canceled!! I look forward to it every week!! It's family friendly and entertaining, which is a nice change from all the smut on TV.

I was just telling my husband how glad I was that NBC had a couple of funny new shows. Growing up FIsher is a great show. NBC Kills all of the good shows no wonder they are so low in the ratings

When the stars start showing up on the talk shows all of a sudden, their shows are in trouble. When I saw Jenna on the NBC shows I knew their time was over. And I liked this show too.

Perhaps if the show had been swapped in schedule with About a Boy, the tv execs would see that it's About a Boy that should have been the one to go. People probably weren't tuning in because About a Boy was putting them to sleep. Growing Up Fisher has been a great show. I'm sad to see it go.
