The drama will not return for Season 4.
October 10, 2014
CBS has cancelled Unforgettable after three seasons, marking the second time the network has axed the show. The first cancellation came after Season 1 in 2012 but the network ended up reversing its decision shortly after and brought it back as a summer series in 2013 where it fared better. Season 3 aired in the summer once again this year but ratings dipped, likely factoring into the decision not to continue with a fourth season.
Unforgettable joins Reckless as two CBS summer series that will not be returning. Back next summer will be Under the Dome and Extant.

This show was really good at first when they were in the original office and had the missing childhood memory of what happened when her sister was abducted as an ongoing 2nd storyline. I still watched it after they moved her and Al to the new office, but didn't think it was as good. Kind of like how I think the Mentalist was better with the original. Didn't help that it often got delayed due to Golf and other sports running over.

Yay! More Cop Drama gets the axe! This show was ridiculously ignorant. 12 Mil viewers first season... 6 Mil viewers second season... 4 Mil viewers third season... Over three years it lost 2/3 of its viewers, good call CBS.

Cancelled mainly due to budget cuts, cbs is spending money it doesn't have. You will see a lot more of these questionable decisions. They've signed several commitment season agreements and other shows have to pay for it.

If they hadn't cancelled it in the first place then maybe the ratings wouldn't have tanked!! I still loved the show, but I hate it when networks let shows end on a cliffhanger instead of having the dignity to wrap up.

Well, it figures. Take this off and leave all the stupid reality shows going. I'm getting very disillusioned with the state of TV today.

It didn't help that the lead actress was constantly pregnant.
