The comedy will end after Season 6.

TV Land has cancelled veteran comedy Hot in Cleveland, confirming today that the show will end after its current sixth season. The cable network released the following statement regarding the news:
It’s been an honor to work with Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves, Wendie Malick and the incomparable Betty White as well as our executive producers Suzanne Martin, Todd Milliner, Sean Hayes and the rest of our exceptional writers, production team and crew. The passion and talent they brought to the set each and every week over the past five years has put TV Land on the map as a network dedicated to quality original programming. We will continue to celebrate the show and are looking forward to a fantastic series finale.
No finale date has been set at this time, as the show is just two episodes into its sixth season out a total of 24 on order.

I will miss this show so much. Used to hear TVLand was for the TV generation not anymore they want to try a younger audience hope it bombs like a B 52 airplane With all of the bad stuff going ion inthe world today it was nice to take a break with a good comedy wish there was some way to save it. Wednesday night will not be the same Thanks for the laughs it was great while it lasted

If it put TV Land on the map as they claim, why would they cancel it?? It's still too rated no?? Very disappointed as well. Great actresses, and writers etc. Always made me laugh... Very disappointed... Only show I watch on TVLand and prob the end of my interest in the network, no other show they have has gotten my attention !

Pretty disappointed. Always looked forward to watching. Sooo funny! ÃŽ made me feel, I don't know Comfortable. I feel bad now it's over. Went is it over?

Loved Hot In Cleveland. Made me look forward to Wednseday night television on TVLAND. I have Laughed so hard over the past episodes. Hope they decide to go a couple more seasons. If not hope it will be on in syndication!

I am really disappointed to hear that this show has been cancelled. I love the humour of it and the relationship between the characters. I used to be a Golden Girls fan but Hot in Cleveland has taken over as my favourite american comedy. Betty White is amazing. Come on TV Land, keep it on.

Sorry to hear it's cancelled, can't understand why since it's still going strong. I love this show, they make me laugh.

Well, this show has just about run its course. And I think the schedule and old age were finally getting to Betty White. I notice she does most of her scenes sitting down now, but she's still just as funny. You have to give this series credit for being the inaugural sitcom in TVLand's push to do original content, and it's still the best.
