The procedural has been resurrected once again.

It is being reported that Unforgettable has been un-cancelled once again - this time by A&E. The cable network has ordered a 13-episode fourth season of the procedural drama, which aired its first three seasons on CBS. The series was originally cancelled after its freshman season in 2012, but CBS reversed its decision shortly after and brought the show back as a summer series for two more seasons before cancelling it once again last year.
There is no word yet on when Unforgettable will return, but its two main stars, Poppy Montgomery and Dylan Walsh, are expected to reprise their roles for Season 4.

This is very cool. And poppy is a excellent actress, I totally disagree that she is the one responsible for it's cancellation. She makes the show worth watching!

Poppy Montgomery is the reason the show keeps getting cancelled. She's the reason I stopped watching it, because I love everyone else and I love the stories and the concept. She was great in Without a Trace, but in this she is SO annoying. Her clothes are WAY too tight for her body type, and she's constantly acting all flirty and trying to be sexy when she's not. The last episode I watched was one with some guy from the Coast Guard and she just acted so ridiculous I couldn't take it anymore. I know the show was developed for her, but unlike WaT, she's in every scene and it's unbearable. I think it's time everyone admitted that she's the one who's killing Unforgettable. Over and over again.

Why would anyone continue to watch A&E they have screwed their views twice by cancelling first THE GLADES and then LONGMIRE both with season ending cliffhangers. A&E Sucks, they are even so STUPID as wanting to get rid of Phil Robertson on Duck Dynasty until the family banded together. The exec at A&E have their heads so far up their butts they can see the back of thier tonsiles. 2 thumbs down to A&E

(@nick: Longmire is also being brought back on a different network. Netflix, I think, but I'm not sure. Hardly makes a reasonable comparison anyhow, since Ungforgettable and Longmire and Tomorrow People and Star Crossed etc etc are all on different networks caterring to different audiences and accepting of different viewership metrics.)

...not investing another bit of time again because Unforgettable will be cancelled FOR GOOD eventually....too bad....I liked the show.

I actually really enjoyed Unforgettable and am glad to see that it might get a another chance. Also, I am very unhappy that Longmire was cancelled. It is a fabulous show with a great cast. Please bring it back from Netflix. I abhor watching shows on my computer.
