You're right.. it's not the same as her Friends character from 20 YEARS AGO. (that is the ONLY exception though) Ask yourself why... because that was pretty much her first job.. she was being herself more than "acting". Her only to major roles since Friends - The Comeback, and Web Therapy. Both of which could really interchange her character and the overall personality would be the same. The comeback was okay... not fantastic but okay. Web Therapy in spite of lasting 4 seasons was pretty horrific. It was one of those shows which cost next to nothing to produce so it wasn't a big deal for the company to keep making episodes.

This character is not the same character as her friends character. She can act. Give her a break. It may be similar to comeback. But I have never heard of this and this lasted four seasons , that's pretty good.

Lisa Kudrow is the EXACT same character wherever she appears. This character was no different than the Comeback character. She can't act.. she's a one-trick pony. Which is why she hasn't had the success after friends that everyone else has had.
