No Season 2 for the USA drama.
August 28, 2015
It is being reported that USA has cancelled freshman series Complications. The dramatic thriller, which starred Jason O'Mara, premiered in June and ran for 10 episodes through to its finale earlier this month. While it established a loyal fan base during the course of the season, its overall viewership numbers were ultimately not strong enough to compel the network to continue with the show.

Give the show a chance? It had an entire 10-episode season. That's more than double what most series get before being cancelled if the ratings suck. NBC usually dumps a show after 2 episodes.
And yes, because there are no "gritty medical dramas" on TV right now. There are at least 6 of them just between CBS, ABC and NBC. Yes we totally need more.

USA cans another great show. First they got rid of Rush, now Complications. Someone needs to realize that people want gritty medical dramas, not Royal Pains.

This was another amazing show, and USA is flushing it down the toilet. WTF ever, USA is getting as bad about canceling shows as the major networks.
I am starting to be just as disappointed as I am with CBS, ABC, NBC, and Fox!!!!

Dang it! I really liked this show and hoped that Jason O'Mara would finally have a show that would catch on. Better luck next time, Jason.

You mean the show USA touted as the next Burn Notice? Guess it didn't even come close to living up to that hype.

Too bad, I actually enjoyed it.
Sometimes a little fat fetched, but still entertaining.
