The show is kinda ruined now that the build team has been cut

This show signed its own death warrant as soon as Kary, Grant and Tory left the show. I won't miss it but I was sad to see the format change as it seemed inevitable that it was going to be the beginning of the end for what was one of my fav'e shows.

I have tried to watch it without the rest of the gang and while I do love Jamie and Adam, they need the others for entertainment's sake. I have bittersweet feelings about its end. I will miss the experiments, but at the same time, it's not been the same without Kari, Grant, and Tory.

@steve, they didn't quit, they were dropped from the show (google "mythbusters reduces cast" and there are dozens of articles stating that they were dropped. I'm glad they were able to get other gigs, they added a lot to the show.
Personally I'm quite sorry to see the show end. I always enjoyed it but I'm not surprised the viewers dropped off after the departure of the "build team".

The show was way stale. I missed what it once was and was no longer. Never have been a fan of shows that go on and on (and on) until the cast are doddering old fools repeating lines from shows past. I liked it better with Tory, Grant and Kari. They did a lot to keep things fresh. I think they were "released" to bring show costs down so Jamie and Adam could offer it to Disco at a lower price and thus keep it alive a bit longer. Night of the Living Dead.... Thanks for the memories, Myth Busters, but this was overdue.

I thought the show was at it's best with just those guys on it but I don't watch it on a regular basis anymore anyway.

The show will be missed.
