The drama ends after three seasons.
December 2, 2015
Cedar Cove will not be returning for Season 4. Hallmark Channel has confirmed that its first-ever prime time series has been cancelled after three seasons. The drama, which followed the life of a small-town judge, premiered in 2013 and quickly found a core audience of dedicated viewers.
Ratings did taper off slightly over the course of its run, though it is unclear if there were other factors in the decision not to bring the show back for a fourth season. The series finale aired in September.

Every comment is positive on the show. It should be [picked up by another network. The story line is one all family members can watch. It is Sade that the network mucky mucks that make the decision to cancel are so stupid. I do not like the system used to see who is watching. Many are senior citizens who are not counted in the survey. Really sucks it is discrimination on us. It is because of us when we were younger that TV had a large and growing audience. So they need to cater to all ages. Enough said. MKL&ML

I agree with all, this was a great show. Hallmark has left us hanging. I realize that the critics were saying is was veering off the real storyline, however when does any show adhere directly to the writer's words. Why do they have the authors critique the scripts. CEDAR COVER will be truly missed.

This show definitely needs to return for many more seasons. It's a good clean show and I really enjoyed watching it on Netflix. The show could use more interesting story lines and excitement. The characters are great and the acting is good. Please bring it back.

How unfortunate. This was a good wholesome show in a beautiful setting. I tune to Hallmark for just this type of show... why cancel it?

At least they should resolve some of the problems with a believable ending! I will miss the characters that I have enjoyed. Not a good decision for Hallmark!

Doesn't bode well for When Calls the Heart which I really like. Hallmark made such a big emphasis on the lineup of series they were making. Now 3 years and almost all of them are done? Wow didn't give it much a chance. Especaly since they were on weekends and network don't run anyhting especialy on saturday nights.

nooooooo!!!
I am disappointed. I love Hallmark. Love the movies, Loved Signed, Sealed and Delivered, Love the Good Witch, Loved this show. I think there is a place for scripted series on Hallmark and I don't get why they would cancel a show that has a core following. But maybe there are other circumstances we are not aware of. I hope Hallmark brings back some more scripted series. There are not enough "feel good" shows on tv anymore.
