The Canadian drama will return for Season 5.
January 6, 2016
ION Television has picked up Saving Hope for a fifth season. The network acquired the rights to the Canadian medical drama in 2014 after it was dropped by NBC two years earlier after a short stint.
CTV Network in Canada has already ordered Season 5 of the show for an 18-episode season up north. With today's pickup, US audiences will also be able to continue enjoying the show.

I've been downloading this show since NBC dropped it. I was glad to hear ION had picked it up but they are so slow to air episodes. I was hoping that after ION got the USA rights they would get caught up and start airing new episodes but no such luck. Guess I'll stick to downloading. ION probably won't have the current 4th season until 2018.
