The Canadian drama will return for Season 5.

ION Television has picked up Saving Hope for a fifth season. The network acquired the rights to the Canadian medical drama in 2014 after it was dropped by NBC two years earlier after a short stint.
CTV Network in Canada has already ordered Season 5 of the show for an 18-episode season up north. With today's pickup, US audiences will also be able to continue enjoying the show.

this really stints. just found out that my favorite show is not coming back. isn't there anything we can do to change that situation. I sure do miss saving hope as I looked forward to it every week........please........give us a break

Why did ion television stop showing saving hope? I didn't get to see the end of season 5.

Why did ION Television remove Saving Hope from their line up on Tuesday nights! I love the show and look forward to it every week. There was no finale and we were left wondering. I am very disappointed with ION.

I hope they SAVE Daniel Gillies and bring him back as a restless spirit. That would be in tune with the show's style and make it very interesting and suspenseful.

Why are seasons of Saving Hope so short? Does their season refer to a year?

I have been binge watching the first three seasons and couldn't be more pleased that it continued on to season 4. Per IMDB, there will be a season 5 airing in Canada. It is strange that season 1 is not available on ION with S 2 and 3 though. It takes some hunting to find the various seasons, but it is worth it. I dearly love Michael Shanks and Erica Durance or I might not have bothered. I never finished season 1 as I was waiting to see if it was picked up. It took years, but it came back thanks to ION. As they did the same with the Listener, I now check ION for anything they air so thanks very much ION!
SPOILER ALERT::::: CAROL - You saw the season 3 episode 18 which was the finale of that season. As of the writing of this, Season 4 is only available in the US by purchasing the discs - which I did. Season 4 starts 11 months after the accident you referred to. That isn't really much of a spoiler, but I didn't want to take a chance. I will go as far as to say I do really like season 4 more than 3...

Please help! Been watching shows on ION. Last one recorded shows Joel going to Army site to help soldier injured in a training accident. When will we see more?? Anyone know what season I've been watching. Haven't seen all shows but love what we've seen.

I can't wait for the third season to start. I have seen every episode since the first show. Please keep it going.
