USA Renews 'Colony'

The new drama will return for Season 2.

USA Network announced today that Colony has been renewed for a second season. The pickup comes just three episodes into the freshman drama's run that has so far drawn healthy viewership across various platforms.

It is being reported that Season 2 of Colony will have its episode count increased to 13, up from the 10 ordered for its current season.

I'm actually kind of surprised this wasn't cancelled. So far it hasn't been bad but kind of boring. Nothing has really happened. It's still early so I'll give it a chance for a little bit longer.

DVRd the first three episodes thinking, "let's give it a chance". So far it's really good!
