ABC has cancelled Galavant after two seasons. The sophomore series, which dubbed itself a musical comedy extravaganza, aired two short seasons on the network as a mid-season entry in 2015 and 2016.
Despite generally favorable reviews, the show's second season ratings were down considerably from Season 1, sealing its fate on a possible return.

I loved this show. It was cute and something a little different. Probably the reason it didn't last. Networks seem to think the people want cookie cutter programming.

By all means, renew that horrible, wash-rinse-repeat sitcom Dr.Ken but cancel something original. way to go Mouse

the show was a nice little show while once upon a time was on break. besides once and agents of shield , I have decided to avoid abc. I am tired of the network cancelling unique programming for s.o.s. programing.
